Investigation Supervisor/Senior Adjuster

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the claim settlement service and the related investigation of life insurance business, including but not limited to claims consultation, visits, claims investigation, survival investigation, and systematic risk management services.

2.Responsible for the promotion and maintenance of channels, including but not limited to hospitals, insurance companies, public security organs, procuratorate organs and people's courts, etc.

3.In charge of business liaison with insurance companies and development of new customers and new channels in the market.

4.In charge of team formation, training and other related activities.

Qualifications:

1.College degree and above.

2.More than 3 years’ experience serving the insurance companiesfor claim settlement or the insurance intermediary companies for survey and loss adjustment.

3.Excellent professional skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and writing skills.

4.Be willingly to develop and give full play to the advantages in startups in emerging market and equipped with the sense of innovation, team perspective and the sensitivity to the business and market.

5.Suitable for short-term business travel, able to manage the team, train and guide the team members, and assist the superior in promotion and control of business development and professional quality.

6.Candidates with resources such as insurance companies, hospitals and public security organs, procuratorate organs and people's courts, etc. are preferred.

 

Adjuster

Job Description:

1.Responsible for the claim settlement service and the related investigation of life insurance business, including but not limited to insurance claims investigation, survey, interview, visits, consultation and other services.

2.In charge of the compilation of the investigation report and the operation of the core system.

3.Responsible for channel development and maintenance, liaisonand communication with customers, information feedback and acquisition.

Qualifications:

1.College degree and above.

2.Graduates of insurance, finance, law and medicine or 1-2 years’ experience of relevant work are preferred.

3.Be willingly to do research work, comfortable to deal with people, equipped with a sense of teamwork, eager to demonstrate and develop in startups in emerging market, able to adapt to work under certain pressure.

4.Certain logical judgment, communication and writing ability are required.

5.Suitable for short-term business travel.
